The refreshing mountain stream is one of the highlights of the barefoot hiking trail delighting visitors on hot summer days. Long ago, Pastor Kneipp was already fully aware of the beneficial effects of walking barefoot, in particular in water. It strengthens the immune system, stimulates the cardiovascular system, and improves muscle strength and joints. Another highlight is the unmatched alpine flora and fauna as well as the 360-degree view toward the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains and down into the Isar river valley.
